I have been using their prepaid connection since the last two months and never had any problems. Just once I had a connection problem (which I later realised, was my fault) and logged a complaint with the helpdesk (at 11 at night) and the next day a person was at my house to diagnose the problem. I am using the 128kbps connection and get consistent 15-16 kBps download speeds. The postpaid connections have a fixed IP and are based on DSL but are only available in some parts of the city.
