The ilug-delhi document is not intended to serve as a prototype for
ilug-cal. It's just one of the inputs that will go into the exercise
of creating ilug-cal's constitution.

It is indeed interesting that the word "linux" does not figure in
ilug-delhi's constitution. I have no knowledge why that is so, but
maybe it is because:
a)"Linux" refers to the Linux Kernel, and LUGs focus is broader than
just the Kernel.
b)"Linux" is a trademark held by the "Linux Mark Institute" and
perhaps there are difficulties in using the term in a formal/official
document without prior permission.

Maybe we also need to look at constitutions of the other LUGs, and so
if anyone has access to them, please post them on the list.
