As work is progressing on the
final touches to the Great GNU/Linux InstallFest (yes.. this is how the
event will be known henceforth, till the next one of course, which will
be greater!), I am taking a short break and leaving for Thrissur.. The task of collecting videos/presentation materials is on me and Kurian, and I will hand over the videos I've collected, and some Fedora install packs I have to Kurian.. I believe Kurian, the thamogunasampannan, will download/edit/prepare/create all required stuff by tomorrow (unless he's dozing under the shade of that infamous banyan tree! Somebody please check on him..). I plan to attend the InstallFest full-time on Sep 2. Kurian must be there on 4th or 5th, so that leaves 3 days without any vigorous Fedora ambassadors. Ashik, I here by call up on you to support Fedora on these days so as to prevent some guys from a prominent harware/software/engineering works company from releasing mud-coloured birds on potential Fedora users! ;-) And, did I tell you The Freedom Toaster is amazzzing!! Kudos to the Zyxware design/engineering team and Prasad's engineering skills. But I've a feeling that the star attraction of the event is going to be the flawless paint job done by some really gifted guys for the kiosk!
