What about Ardour? My friend is a professional audio engineer and he told me about Ardour. Otherwise i do not have any idea about sound editing/sound engineering. Ardour is also used on MAC.
What about Apache, What about your blog softwares, what about the browser you use. Still it is a fact to admit that many things like CAD needs improvement in Free software. What about MySQL which you all may be using? What about Blender, a fully professional product. So it was a long run and we have replacements for many things and it is each one's responsibilty to contribute and create a full free software system. In the free software world you need not always rely on others. Create your own and release it in GPL. Done. The whole community benefits from it. When we use proprietary software, we do have the spine to admit it. My dear friend, XP licensing is over and if you want to use your system then buy a new hardware and a new software for it. Your freedom. But that is again a fact. I preach freedom and i have come to understand that you are looking for technological benefits alone and that you are not interested in the cause of the free software movement, that is to provide software freedom to everyone. To help my neighbours. -- Anoop Jacob Thomas --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ "Freedom is the only law".
