Hi, I think that having a regular meeting time and place is a good thing as well. This would help me with my scheduling if I know a regular time and place since I can program it into my phone calendar :-)
Some suggestions - We should also have a cut-off time - if there is no quorum by say half an hour after the meeting start time we can leave and not worry that someone might come a bit later. If you are late and see there is no one at the agreed upon location you know that enough people had not turned up. I like the flag idea better than the I-LUG T-Shirts - some of us don't have these T-Shirts so it's not really useful as an indicator of where the meeting is.
