mobin is from afganisthan and is a bba student at farook college, calicut. he has installed ubuntu in his laptop as he couldn't install windows in his system due to technical problems. and he didn't had any previous experience in linux. he came seeking support to install drivers for his finger print reader, cam etc. i showed him how to use synaptic and also asked him to use google to sort out his problem. that is all i did.
