Ubuntu repositories are already in the toaster. What we lack is repos for other distros ( Fedora, Mandriva etc.. ) What can be done about that ? Any ideas ? For Fedora we already have a small package that will make your system capable of playing mp3s, dvds and install some goodies for you . WIth a single DVD install and this pack, any home computer should be readily usable.
For Mandriva, we can just put a bunch of rpms on a disk and then distribute it. Mandriva's repo manager is smart enough to recognize a folder full of RPMs as a repo. Please provide more inputs.
