QCAD opens DXF files. So if you can export the dwg files in dxf format,
then you can use qCAD. There is a new application being developed,
called FreeCAD. I think it aims to be capable of 3D CAD too, but it is
now rather too "young" to be powerful. This is one area where FS is
lagging, and it would be good if someone can contribute.
