A few suggestions for a session or two: Minimalistic linux system installation: ubuntu core (CLI) + xfce/lxde Interactiing with electronic devices using the linux OS.
SInce these are kinda small, please try to keep them after college hours since people who live far away are saved from the trouble of coming all the way and going back after just an hour or two.
