Friends,
Dr. Arun Mehta(who was instrumental in designing the assistive device
for Prof Stephen Hawkins) will be in Trivandrum next month for 3 days.
His main focus is on developing technology for the benefit of the
differently abled, and would be conducting a workshop for the benefit
of autistic children.
He has expressed his willingness to spare some time on training us in
the Ruby on Rails platform, and how to make software for the benefit
of differently abled using RoR.
We can accommodate around ten people for the course.Registration is
free(as in free beer).
Learning something new is always good. But learning something for a
special cause like this is even better.
Please confirm your participation as early as possible so that we can
discuss the dates with Dr. Mehta.
