Dear Mathews, When you mail a help request to any user group, give the appropriate subject line. Normally, a mail with *introduction* as subject would be skipped as it is a low priority thing.
You could repost this request with subject line changed to "accessing other drives" or anything more appropriate. But before that, please search for the particular issue after accessing the group's home page. It is most likely that most of your questions are answered more than once. Just check any of the threads listed here<http://groups.google.com/group/ilug-tvm/search?group=ilug-tvm&q=NTFS&qt_g=Search+this+group>is helpful.
