I remember seeing a package called cobfusc (on Debian), that can obfuscate any C program and make it undistinguishable from the original, while being functionally the same. The problems: 1. The return type of main is not specified. The implicit assumption of 'int' is deprecated. 2. The arguments to main are non-standard. The program need not work on all platforms.
