Dear all, When somebody posts a question in a wrong thread, open a new thread, include the relevant content from the poster, and reply to the question in the new thread. Please do not send replies to questions in wrong thread.
When somebody posts a question in a new thread with a subject line that does not make sense, for eg: 'Help Me', create a new thread like mentioned above with a valid subject line and reply. Do not reply to the above thread. If at all you do, it must be a gentle reminder to the user to not please do that and on what the correct way is. For those who are asking new questions - please start a new thread by composing a new mail to [email protected] instead of replying to an existing message from the group. Also please make sure that you have put a relevant subject line to help you get answers to the questions faster.
