I noticed that most of the mails in this mailing list is top posted.
I agree that it is not a good idea to enforce this for new members.
But for people who are members for a long time should start practicing
it.
Please note that other than the usual purpose of mailing lists, this
is a place to practice effective communication  and team
participation.
I request the members who frequently post to this mailing list to go
through this presentation at least once.

Be aware that topposting or bottom posting deserve a ban in some mailing lists.
For student members, it would be worth to watch some FOSS project
mailing lists in addition to this list.

Eventhough this presentation is repeatedly quoted, I see many members
repeating the mistake.
For sending one line of reply, some members are quoting the enitire
mail thread.
Please Keep the archive clean, keep your communication precise ,
respect the bandwidth of the other readers
