Hi all, There is a strange problem that happened with Ubuntu 8.10. I installed Ubuntu 8.10 into a P4 machine with 3GHZ and 1GB RAM machine. The machine already had a Fedora and Windows XP. Over these 2 OS i installed ubuntu in a partition with swap area 1024MB and / area 15000MB. I think the space made for partition is enough. Ubuntu installation too happened correctly. But after all this when i tried to boot the installed OS from Hard disk, BLANK...........BLANK DARK SCREEN. What's this problem?? I have installed Ubuntu in many another m/cs but haven't had any problem like this.
