SOLVED

its seems to be solved after i removed all the folders with name:

uno_packages
like this
if using terminal the following commands will do:

 sudo rm -R /usr/lib/openoffice/share/uno_packages/

sudo rm -R /var/spool/openoffice/uno_packages/

Other wise:
press Alt+F2
type 'gksu nautilus'
type your password if asked
Click search
type uno_packages in search box
2 or 3 folders will be shown as result.View their properties and make
sure it is open-office's files.
Delete them

I am not sure why this works. But its working fine for me.

Srihari
