I thought all these are dealt in #1 and #2 in the above list and I
think there is no such a pre-built fantasy world. Fantasies are
man-made :)

Since there are already efforts like this
http://wiki.smc.org.in/Dictionary, I don't think that we should
duplicate and waste our resources.
