BSNL has charged 2555791 KB during the period 1:51:44 AM to 7:32:01 AM. 2
AM o 8 AM is free for me (Home 500 C Plan). Anyway 2.5 GB cannot be downloaded
within 9 min. This means that BSNL accounted the free period also. Where to
complain. Please help.
