friends i tried to install vista and windows and ubuntu in a laptop which have already vista
my objective to install with require partions for each i tried to install three in the folowing way it went wrong finally first i install vista with required partitions and then i install windows xp in another partions now my guess if i install ubuntu it should detect both operationg system and then i want them three in boot loader selection but ubuntu detected vista at time of installation then i thought it may show all of them after installation in boot loader it shown ubuntu and vista then i clicked on vista but it went into to windows xp it did no go into vista but patitions are like as before then i boot into ubutu 9.10 and there is one icon telling that hard disk had many bad sectors then i did self test friends please tell me where things went wrong nw what i can do for that? -- Susarla Raghuram Research Fellow Space Physics Laboratory Vikram Sarabhai space center Thiruvananthapuram. 695022 -- "Freedom is the only law".
