Ohh.. it seems to be an SELinux issue. I never faced one because 
disabling SELinux is the first thing I do after installing Fedora.
SELinux makes your system more secure, but I guess I'm happy with the 
conventional security offered by a Linux system.

So, at least as an experiment, try disabling SELinux. There's an 
"SELinux management" tool, using which you can change the enforcing mode 
or security policy to "Disabled" (from "enforcing"). You'll probably 
need to reboot for this to take effect.
