This is one of the side effects of things being increasingly 
web-centric. Don't bother the kwallet configuration. Press cancel and 
ignore the warnings.
Anmarok supports playing tracks the last.fm radio site. It tries to 
store the last.fm password encrypted in your 'wallet' (kwallet provides 
a central place to store all your passwords encrypted). I agree that 
this shouldn't be the default behaviour. Asking for a wallet the very 
first time the app is started is not intuitive!

You can disable last.fm support by going to: Settings > Configure amarok 
 > Internet services
I generally disable all internet services since I don't use them anyway.
