Hi all,
I am writing this mail after spending nearly one hour with

The SC/ST department administers the scholarships and grants via this
site. As a part of my job , I had to open up this site today and forward
some applications.
Every time I do something the message " You are using Netscape.Please
use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and above to enable all the features in
this site" is popping up.
It seems the sc/st department has hot heard anything about the IT policy.
The site is developed by CDIT
Who will teach CDIT?
