IIT, Mumbai, has launched http://spoken-tutorial.org to popularise Free Software and to bridge the digital divide. Right now they have uploaded some spoken tutorials on LaTeX, Camstudio and dubbing. All of them are in English. Some are available in other Indian languages also.
