It's not a good idea to install packages this way (from F12 DVD to an F11 system). Anyway, one simple solution is to un-install the existing versions and install again from the F11 package repositories (DVD or online repos).
Another method is to force YUM to downgrade package versions. I believe "yum downgrade package" can downgrade a package to a lower version.
