I have found a solution. I have remove the back cover of the phone and put 3-4 drops of pure water on the surface of the battery. Since the specific heat of vaporisation of water is very high, it will take much time to vaporise and will prevent the heating up of the phone. However, I have to continue supply of water drops every 1-2 hours. Eureka..
