This command is not working in Fedora 11, and i have tried, yum
install unrar, yum install 7-zip. both are not working.
You need to enable rpmfusion repository to get unrar.

And after installing unrar (yum install unrar), you can extract the rar
archive using any graphical archiving utility (the ones that come with
KDE/GNOME), or use the unrar command directly.
