I think before the meeting, its better to put forward our opinions about the activities in this thread. Thus we will get enough time to think over the matters & find some sources if needed. So that at the time of meeting, we can finalize those stuff.
Meeting time will be very limited. We should not waste time with chit-chats & come out with something solid. I suggest printing T-Shirts with Ubuntu, GNU-Linux, FSUG-TVM.....logos.
