To find whether your plan has changed pls go to the
following link :
http://data.bsnl.in/wps/portal
And then log on to your account with your user-name and password, and go to
my orders panel and then provide the necessary whether you have the new
order, which is definitely your plan change. so you can understand whether
your plan has changed or not. I tried it long before and so don't know if
this is working now any way try it...
