Referring to the previous post of 'Pdf editor in Ubuntu'.

I just searched my repos using yum and pdfeditor seems to be there.

You can install it by typing. (I haven't personally tried pdfedit)
yum install pdfedit

I have rpmfusion and livna repos enabled on my Fedora 12.

Also you can use the pdf import for open office [
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/pdfimport], but it seems
to be in beta mode(lacking lot of features).
