I agree 100% ... the way *I* (as in me, personally) see this group, is just a friendly group of people who use whats commonly called FLOSS or Linux. That doesn't mean every member of this group is doing only FLOSS stuff all day and all night. Some might be just moving from other platforms to FLOSS ones; others might be just checking out the community; yet others might be here to "convert" people from FLOSS to other platforms even! ... as a community and group of friends (which I think this group should be), sreekumar has every right to ask his question about MS Office. Not giving an answer is one way to respond, but not very friendly similar to dissing that poor guy whose bank obviously has no sense.
