Change of attitude :)

CDit is a State Govt owned, Autonomuos institution.

"*C-DIT is one of the prominent institutions in Kerala, which promotes the
use of open source technology solutions. As a responsible Government
organization, C-DIT does not wish to involve in tirades against any
particular company nor wish to practice free software like a cult.*"
at: http://www.cdit.org/open.htm [old site ? both exists]

Atleast they are "one" of the prominent institutions. Quite good an
understanding of the scenario. No monopoly claimed :)

The above paragraph is *removed form the new site*:
http://www.cdit.org/index/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=81&Itemid=80

hehhehe: So we expect somebody in there do hav a feeling that GNU/Linux is a
movement. A movement by driven by general public.
hmmm...but tht 'Cult' is used here as an abuse know? They mean somthing as
worse as Om-shintokyo? (Aum shinrikyo) well Cult is not an INSTITUTION?

CDit is far better than many other institutes in many ways, we expect the
best from them.
