Dear all.....I want some sort of help. I' ve to get Malayalam internet radio streams in emacs.Now I'm getting some of the English radio streams.Here i'm explaining the steps I followed to get it. The related entries of my dot emacs(~/.emacs) file is given below
(require 'emms-setup) (emms-standard) (emms-all) (emms-default-players) (require 'emms-streams) I have installed emms and copied the file containing the URLs of radio streams ie. emms-streams into my home directory (It's attached here) and executed the following commands in emacs M-x emms-stream-save-bookmarks-file (that copies the file to ~/.emacs.d/emms-streams) M-x emms-stream popup (here select a stream) M-x emms-start And that makes it work.To stop the stream M-x emms-stop But when I tried Malayalam radios like radiodumdum, it is not working. Please try it and share your informations here. I think that you' ve to install mpg123-el also. Some of the radio stream URLs of the attached file shows login problems.But the first one is working for me.
