I think version control systems and ERP will be very complex to my group mates, as they don't even have any idea about Free Software. Two projects that comes to mind are 'Dia' diagram editor and Gbrainy. But, they both have good documentation. My idea is, if we take those projects who doesn't have good documentation, it will also help students to contribute to Free Software.
