Mahesh, I perfectly agree with you. It is similar to windows by some aspects
like User Interface, etc. But my friends had said that it is far superior
and usable than windows. I am also a mint user.

I think there is no need for any additional software. All basic tasks can be
handled by users itself. Give them full freedom for using Pen Drive. Also,
help them in case of any confusion.

Loading firefox at start-up may be a good idea.

A small document regarding voice chat application : Empathy can be pasted in
cabin.

Good luck for your Internet cafe.
