The epicbrowser website doesn't say anything about the license, so we
cannot assume that it's a Free Software project. AFAIK, it's a fork of
Mozilla Firefox with some indic themes. All the other higlighted
features are already available in Mozilla Firefox. So I'm not sure why
they are duplicating the efforts.

http://www.epicbrowser.com/installation.html says a linux version is
getting ready.
