@kallapattar These links isn't going to help you. Its for older versions of grub (ubuntu 9.04 and older). The new grub is quite different. Editing the grub.cfg file is prevented by default. Editing grub.cfg directly is the best option. But since you are new, I wouldn't recommend it to you. For you, I recommend using *startupmanager*. Make sure you have active internet connection before you do this. To install startupmanager, open *Applications>Ubuntu Software Center*...then type "startup-manager" in the search area provided (top right corner). You can see "*StartUp-Manager. Change sttings for bootloader.....*" with an icon of spanner. Click install. <OR> open terminal & type: *sudo apt-get install startupmanager* Once installed, it will appear on *System>Administration>Startup Manager*.
