Hi, I had enabled livna sometime back, and today when i went to look for instructions on how to enable livna repo, the site was not loading. Basically what you need to enable a repo is just install the rpm from their site and it will work.
The site for livna is [http://rpm.livna.org/], but since it didn't work i will also tell you how to enable it. Download the file [http://homepages.iitb.ac.in/~anoopjt/livna.repo] and copy it to /etc/yum.repos.d/livna.repo Then do a yum update and all you need is yum install libdvdcss2. In case that doesn't work, you can try [http://packages.atrpms.net/] for the same, and it should without any problem :). The library libdvdcss2 is listed there [http://packages.atrpms.net/dist/f13/libdvdcss/] -- Anoop Jacob Thomas http://anoop.caremedia.org -- "Freedom is the only law".
