Can i get a copy of RHEL 6.Now i am in trivandrum where is it available.
Dear Sajith,

Red Hat Enterprise Linux is not available for free download. You need to purchase a license (a subscription package, basically). But being free software (free as in freedom), you're free to use it on any number of computers. But you'll need to purchase licenses if you want all those machines to be able to connect to Red Hat servers to download updates. For copyright reasons, you're not allowed to re-distribute Red Hat Enterprise Linux

A free of cost alternative to RHEL is CentOS. It's a free clone of RHEL. They take the RHEL sources and remove Red Hat's name, logos and other copy-righted stuff. So CentOS is fully binary compatible with RHEL. So wait till CentOS 6 is released and download from their website or get it from Zyxware ( www.zyxware.com ) in Thiruvananthapuram.

regards,

Syam
