Ewch.. no need to remove WINE, if you need it.. just delete the "/home/<username>/.wine" folder, and the wine will reset, in case the virus infected the WINE files. Do remove all .exe virus files! And to avoid virus infecting your system in future, in properties of any .exe file, chage the "Open With" to any other apps...
