THANKS to all who had given feedback, at least with this post users who were
trying out milkfish site(like me ), have got confirmation
Milkfish is a SIP router which you get along with dd-wrt, all open source, so
any body could post to the mailing list discussing about it.
dd-wrt can be flashed on your router / access point devices or else you could
buy devices which comes along with dd-wrt by default. Bafallo has the latest
all models which has dd-wrt
You can do more with dd-wrt, using dyndns you can access your home
router from any where in the world, with out worrying about having fixed IP
addresses for you.
If you have USB enabled router, fix a usb hard disk and start hosting your
own mail server, and other stuff
DD-wrt, milkfish, are open source based
