Not really. The default settings of the router will have DHCP enabled
and the client machines will be given IP addresses automatically.

If your ISP provides IP address through DHCP, then your router will
automatically obtain the address. All you will have to do is change
the default password of the router. Also configure your wireless
access point and give a password for it. You will get a small booklet
with your router which will act as a guide for initial setup, no need
to use the CD which comes with it.
