The word 'paara' means 'crowbar' - http://olam.in/Dictionary/en_ml/crowbar

colloquially and in this context, it could possibly mean 'hindrance'
hin·drance/ˈhindrəns/
Noun: A thing that provides resistance, delay, or obstruction to
something or someone.

so the sentence could sound something like.. "This Narendra is some
what of a hindrance eh friends?"

@nsisodiya, im sure he was joking; except I wish he had done it in a
neutral language.

imho, borrowing a copy of a magazine to read is not a jail-able
offence? (if he photocopies it, maybe we can shoot him :)

You can also possibly find a lot of material online about "Building a
line follower robot". Try a local public library or college library or
even go to a lending library if you cant afford to buy a book. Just
some ideas.
