The IT team at the KWA could take over the management..... do u have any connection with these team r they able to develop a foss based enterprise system .. what is their expertise? r they really IT professionals? or promoted from clerical staff with IT knowledge?
AS per my Knoledge KWA is not recruiting IT professional...
