You can use any openid to login including Google, Yahoo or Wordpress. You can use your Fedora identity as well (fasname.id.fedoraproject.org). The full launch will be in sync with the Fedora 16 release. I am announcing it early here to have some feedback and to feed in some relevant questions and answers.
