In firefox you can download an addon named Adblock plus. It can block almost every ads. If still the ads are shown, you can block the particular javascript as you know its address within Adblockplus.
2. I don't see any reason for a paid Asianet connection to include such ads. Do you have the same ads displayed in different browsers on the same system?
