@Manoj.. if I understand you right, you need a flash-plugin to play flash movies, streaming movies right? you can install flash plugin from Adobe. There is an add-on to block flash-videos, it will let you to play flash video only if you want to. This helps to load flash enabled websites faster on Mozilla FF..
