Can you check in the system > Administration if the video drivers have been
installed..

Is the problem of video there for all type of video formats such as avi,
mp4, etc. I believe the problem is with not having the proper drivers
installed. Also as Roshan said, I suggest you upgrade to the latest
version, if possible.
