Hi,

I'm from NIT Calicut and we have FOSSCell here, and its pretty active.  We
conduct events like the ones mentioned above and a yearly conference called
FOSSMeet.

I am CC ing Jerrin S G, secretary of FOSSCell. He might have similar
documents to help you.
