Dear friends,
I am trying to configure a Netgear wifi router sith my Asianet cable
modem. Whatever I have tried, I get an "Authentication failure"
message when I try to connect to the wifi. My configuration has been
like this:
Security Options:
WEP
Authentication type: Automatic
Encryption strength: 64 bit
Passphrase: Mypassword
I have WGR614 v10.
Instead of WEP, I use "WPA2-PSK [AES]" with a pass-phrase of appropriate
length (8-63 characters).
Other settings on the same page: (might not matter)
Enable SSID broadcast: ON
Enable wireless isolation: OFF
Region: Asia
Channel: Auto
Mode: Upto 150Mbps
Regards,
Syam
