There is SSUG Malappuram and it was fairly active till 2011, but most of the activities was organized at MESCE as most of the active members of that time were students at MES. The mailing list is [email protected]
Though ILUG Cochin mailing list is not much active, meetings are held on 4th Sunday of every month. "V.
